    Duties

    ● Create engaging content (stories, reels, posts, carousels) for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
    ● Capture all video and photography content for the account.
    ● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
    ● Write clear and concise copy that is grammatically correct and adheres to brand guidelines.
    ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content and digital marketing.
    ● Create visually appealing content.
    ● Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
    ● Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
    ● Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
    ● Must be able to drive inside of the Miami Area to take content on different sites.

    Skills

    ● Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
    ● Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in social media marketing.
    ● Experience with Canva (graphic design tools are a plus)
    ● Luxurious design style.
    ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    ● Strong organizational and time management skills

    Qualifications

    ● Proven social media marketing experience, at least 2+ years in the hospitality industry (Required)
    ● Bilingual (Spanish/ English) Required
    ● Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, etc.)

    ● Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
