● Capture all video and photography content for the account.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
● Write clear and concise copy that is grammatically correct and adheres to brand guidelines.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content and digital marketing.
● Create visually appealing content.
● Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
● Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
● Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
● Must be able to drive inside of the Miami Area to take content on different sites.Skills● Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
● Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in social media marketing.
● Experience with Canva (graphic design tools are a plus)
● Luxurious design style.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Strong organizational and time management skillsQualifications● Proven social media marketing experience, at least 2+ years in the hospitality industry (Required)

● Experience with multifamily properties (200+ units)
● Comfortable with rotating weekend shifts as needed
● Ability to understand and explain lease documentsResponsibilities● Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information about available units
● Screen and process rental applications, including conducting background and credit checks
● Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
● Collect and process rental payments from tenants
● Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
● Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
● Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements
