Shoma Bazaar is seeking an experienced and highly capable Night Manager to oversee nightly operations and ensure smooth, high-quality service across all outlets. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a hands-on management style, and a genuine passion for hospitality in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
About the Venue
Shoma Bazaar is a vibrant culinary and social hub in Miami, featuring six distinct zones: Café/Bakery, Americana, Street Food, Asian/Raw, Biergarten, and Lounge Bar. Home to some of South Florida’s top chefs, the venue is known for its dynamic atmosphere, exceptional cuisine, and community-centered experiences.Responsabilities● Supervise all nightly operations, ensuring consistent service standards and a positive guest experience across all venues and bars.
● Manage inventory and vendor relationships to maintain product quality and availability.
● Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
● Address guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
● Build a strong, collaborative team culture by leading, mentoring, and supporting staff.
● Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of night staff.
● Create staff schedules that meet operational needs while managing labor costs.
● Monitor nightly revenue, control costs, and support overall financial goals.
● Analyze sales trends and provide feedback on areas of opportunity.
● Partner with the culinary team to uphold high standards of food quality and presentation.
● Work closely with the marketing team on events, activations, and promotions.
● Assist in planning and executing engaging events, tastings, and themed nights to drive guest engagement.Job type: Full TimeQualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
● 5+ years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, or food hall setting.
● Familiarity with POS systems such as BBOT, Uber Eats, Toast, and Restaurant365.
● Experience managing high-volume, multi-concept venues is highly valued.
● Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on approach.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and P&L.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
